Review
PDF to TIFF Converter is a program that will obtain TIFF images out of the pages of PDF documents. There is no need to have Adobe Acrobat installed in your system to be able to perform the conversions. This program really comes in handy when you need to distribute information among people who do not have any Adobe products installed, or when you need to include the image of a specific page on a presentation or in a different document.
When using this program you will have total control on the output. It offers you a series of settings that will allow you to choose between compression or no compression, a higher or a lower resolution, the number of dots per inch, color or black and white, multi-page TIFFs or one image per page, keep the original size or re-size the output images, and a few other features that will determine the final level of quality. You can also set up the program to move the original PDF file once processed. The trial version will let you see the quality of the output images, but note that it will place a watermark in the middle of every TIFF produced. |
